Shul Bulletin: February 2016
All are invited to participate in a Grand Kiddush honoring the first anniversary of the Bar Mitzvah of Isaac Greenspan.  The Kiddush will be sponsored by grandparents Mr. Sol and Carin Greensapn on Shabbat Yitro, January 30, 2016.   Shabbat Services at 9:00 AM, and Grand Kiddush at 11:30 AM   Come to Shul and be Inspired !

The Lavish breakfasts for the week of January 24 - 28 have been sponsored by Mr Jonathan Weber, honoring the 91st birthday of his beloved father-in-law Mr. David Nachmany in Ramat Hasharon, Israel.    Till 120!


A Grand Kiddush is being sponsored by Norman and Bernice Colten honoring the Yahrzeit of  beloved mother OBM of Norman.
This will be held on Shabbat Mishpatim - February 6th.   Shabbat Services at 9 am, and Grand Kiddush at 11:30 AM. A Grand Kiddush will be sponsored by Shlomo and Hedva Weiss on Shabbat Terumah, February 13, honoring the Yahrzeit of Shlomo’s beloved mother, OBM   

All are invited to attend Services at 9:00 AM followed by Grand Kiddush at 11:30 AM.


BY POPULAR DEMAND !!! The Shul will be starting a new Torah Study Group Series for 5 consecutive Monday evenings on Monday January 4th.  
Join Rabbi Moshe Carlebach every Monday night (for 5 weeks, ie Jan. 4, 11, 18,25, Feb. 1 and Feb 8) for an exciting and inspirational series “Pathway to Prayer”.  For more info, or reservations, please call 732-433-0800

As we enter the  winter months, we ask all our members to help our weekday Minyan.   Please help your Shul!   Every Monday and Thursday morning at 7:00 AM!  
And you can even get a Bagel Breakfast to go!    If you can volunteer one morning weekly or monthly, please let us know rabbi@waysideshul.org     Thank You

Our Shul has installed two of five) Yahrzeit Memorial Plaques in the Main Sanctuary in time for the High Holidays. 
These plaques which will be designed (on a similar theme to our ‘Founders Wall’) by world renowned artist Michoel Muchnik. The first Memorial Plaque is based on the biblical theme of “Abraham’s Tent” and the second Memorial Plaque is based on the historical “Rachel’s Tomb”. 

Dedication of each Memorial Plaque (with a large Dedication Plaque -listing the Donor Family) is now available for a contribution of $10,000.00     


The individual Yahrzeit Plaques will be available to all Shul Members, and Families for a contribution of $500.00 per Plaque.
